construction company in the world. Our company, Bechtel has built a

this point all I know of your company is you. I will be back and will

There will always be problems when dealing with mechanical equipment, but
it's about how things are handled when it happens. You guys are always
professional and have the best customer service out of all the dealers we

Good news for us on receiving the 2011 STMA Schools and Parks Field of the Year Award. It’s a true testament to my crew’s hard work and persistence with Mother Nature never cutting us any slack out here. But it is also a testament to the quality tools and customer service that Finch, Inc and John Deere provide us to do our job when Mother Nature never gives us ideal growing conditions. We absolutely could not do it without your hard work in customer service and product quality. Our stadium field played host to over 200 matches this year… equaling over 750 hours of play…. And most of the time you cannot even tell we have played a single match. One weekend in in October we played 24 matches in 1 weekend and it barely had a scratch on it. Those type of results are not possible without John Deere (and Jim Farley too of course!!! LOL).
So a sincere Thank You from myself, my crew, and from the over 600,000 visitors to this park this year for over 6,000 events on our fields! Please give a Thank You to every single member of Finch, Inc for me. It’s a team effort, and you all are the perfect example of team.

Your Service Tech made his appearance yesterday and got me squared away in record time--he really knows his stuff- and what a great guy! I also got some verbal maintenance suggestions, etc., so it was a very pleasant experience. I shall definitely hope to be a "ready-to-mow" customer for quite a while...
It was also nice to know that should I "break a belt" or whatever---help is available there too! What a SERVICE!!! Plus-as YOU pointed out-service is also available for other "gas equipment too- like blowers, trimmers, etc." Anywhoo- it all started with you so thanks once again for the find job! Looking forward to our next encounter. Stay sweet and thanks again for making the chore of mowing just a little bit more fun!
